Where can Shell Gift Cards be used?
» Shell Gift Cards can be used at Shell locations throughout the U.S., except territories. Shell locations include all Shell gas stations, Shell convenience stores and associated car washes. The card may be used at the pump or inside for convenience items and automotive products and services. If card balance falls below one dollar, pay at the pump may not be possible, in which case contact the station cashier to access balance or call the number printed on the card for assistance.

What can the Shell Gift Card be used for?
» The Shell Gift Card can be redeemed for gasoline, auto supplies, food/snacks, car washes and other items at Shell stations.

How can I check the balance of my card?
» The remaining balance is printed on your receipt. You can also call our toll-free number (800) 300-8113.

What if my Shell Gift Card is lost, stolen or destroyed?
» For security reasons, you should treat your card like cash and safeguard it at all times. Except in certain circumstances, the value on the card will not be replaced. Replacement fees may apply.

Is my Shell Gift Card reusable?
» Yes, as long as there is a remaining balance on the card, it can be used on multiple occasions. Once the card is depleted, simply throw it away.

Are there any charges or inactivity fees if I haven't used my card in awhile?
» No, the Shell Gift Cards are not subject to any inactivity fees.

What credit cards can be used to purchase or add additional value?
» We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Corporate customers can please their orders by phone/fax. Check orders are placed on hold until your check clears.

When will my card(s) ship?
» Your order will be processed and shipped within 48-72 hours upon receipt of payment. Shipping/deliveries are not available on holidays or weekends.

Can I ship my card(s) to an address different from my billing address?
» For your security, your order must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card you are providing.
